Who counts as a dentist?
Anyone booked as the treating dentist: owners, associates and visiting specialists. Front desk, assistants, hygienists, billing and your bookkeeper are free, on every plan.
Is tax included?
No — prices are plus applicable VAT. Every payment comes with a BIR-registered invoice.
What happens when the 14 days end?
Nothing is charged during the trial. Choose a plan to carry on, and the records you entered stay where they are.
Can we change plans later?
Upgrade whenever you like and pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at renewal, once the clinic is inside the smaller plan’s limits.
How is the SMS allowance counted?
One credit a message, and a visit uses about three to four: a confirmation, a reminder the day before, one on the morning of. Email reminders cost a tenth of a credit. The allowance resets monthly and does not roll over; top-ups never expire.
What if we decide to leave?
Your account turns read-only for 90 days with a full export of everything in it, then it closes and the data is deleted under the Data Privacy Act.
Will the price change?
These are the prices we are testing with our first clinics, so they may change before general release. Any change comes with 60 days’ notice, and a clinic that joins now keeps its price for at least 12 months.
